Management. (“The House of Wolf” visitor centre)

A key point in the management of this centre was the selection of the appropriate personnel to manage a centre considered so special because in its infrastructures there is a fenced area where three Iberian wolfs live.

It was necessary to generate synergies with the area, looking for the revitalisation of the territory and establishing relationships with the assets of the zone, given the complexity of the theme of the centre in a livestock farming environment. Proasur organized open days with hotel associations, etc. offering themed products such as menus, adventure tourism activities, etc.

In addition, with the intention of continuity and building loyalty with the visitors, workshops related to the Iberian wolf and environmental education are organized once a month, as well as courses, temporary exhibitions, etc.
