Management and revitalisation. Travelling exhibition (“Wine’s paraphernalia. Wisdom of Rioja”)

We selected and managed the most suitable staff for this travelling exhibition, taking into account several requirements. Proasur directed the guide considering different levels of knowledge on the subject (beginners, amateurs and experts) and organised several teams in a very short period of time, taking into account that the exhibition would travel through many locations.

In addition, in order to improve the offer in each of the venues, Proasur carried out an exhaustive study of the visitors, extracting key data in order to reinforce and increase the frequency of the visits. Throughout the exhibition period and in each of the venues, visitors’ opinions and suggestions were collected, from which they key data were extracted for optimisation and improvement of the exhibition. This meant a gradual increase in both the satisfaction and number of the visitors.
